Hey, I just realized - goth subculture is largely an 80s/90s phenomenon! It's totally on topic! \(zorro\)

Every woman I met who was obsessed with Twilight just didn't seem to have much going on upstairs. That series just turned them into blithering vapid teenagers again. Just saying.

Anecdotal evidence in my own life backs you up, Reverend. I know personally only one person (male or female) who has even read Twilight, and she's a no common sense type. However, she isn't a goth chick. The goth chicks I used to know would never have made it past the first few pages of that novel. But they were certainly fans of Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, which, incidentally, are on topic here. I too was a fan of those novels, or, more precisely, two of them: (1) The Vampire Lestat; and (2) Queen of the Damned. I just seem to always gravitate to anti-heroes, and Lestat was such a one. But I'm also fascinated by the prospect and the ramifications of immortality.
