Nice choice here Norton! I'm a pretty big Neil Young fan but I've never heard anything off that particular album. Great song.

Amazing song, one of my favorite albums and bands of the 80s. 5 albums was not enough, IMO they really broke up at their peak.

Never heard this before but I enjoyed it quite a bit. Who is Dave Edmunds?

Always loved this one.

Another iconic 80s song.

Nice cover of a great old song.

I only vaguely remember hearing Nose's request several years back, but it IS a good song. \:\)

And The Police had a heckuva great run in the '80's. I recall thinkin' it was sad that they were breaking up, but Sting did pretty darned well on his own afterwards. \:\)

Here's Dave Edmund's wikipedia page. He only had one other hit besides this one, and while Slippin' Away didn't get very high on Billboard, the video DID get heavy rotation on MTV.

Did you know there's a Canadian version of Glass Tiger's video? Here it is for your enjoyment:

I remember in 1985, my friends and I kept referring to Survivor as "Rocky's Group." LOL \:\)

Inner Space was a pretty funny movie with Meg Ryan and Martin Short. I always DID like this song, and this version is a favorite. \:\)

Thanks, WH! \:\)
