I remember being blown away the first time I saw this video! Finally, MTV was playing songs that rocked again! The begining of a trend that defined a generation. Awesome!

I don't remember being all that into music until the summer of 1995. Cobain was already dead, but already a legend and Nirvana was instantly my favorite band.

This is a true classic of the 90's. Just a fantastic song.

I love it too.

I was never that big into Metallica, but this is a great song. A driving guitar riff and powerful, twisted vocals for what's basically a lullabye.

While I was in High School I got into "Master of Puppets" but that was really the only album of theirs I got into.

Nine Inch Nails (Warning lots of cursing)

This video was a sensation when it came out. The times back then were such that a new great thing was coming out almost weekly. It was really a great decade for music.

I know what you mean. For a couple of years MTV always had a whole bunch of awesome new videos every week.

This was a big hit at the time. I really liked it then, but it's kind of worn on me over the years.

This is one of those songs I got really sick of.

I think I like this song more now than I did then. Is there another song besides Pencil Neck Geek that references Fred Blassie? For me, REM had the ability to be great or...not so great. This one is on the great side.

I hadn't ever heard this song until the Man on the Moon movie came out. Weird huh?

Such a sad song. It's amazing Clapton could go on afterwards.

Yeah, I don't know if I could have gone on. I hope I don't have to find out!!!

I remember this video. It's a good parody by Al.
"Boy this oughta bug your parents!" "Burp!" lol
    Dick Van Patten? That's random.

Yeah I love this song.

I never saw this before. Funny!

The Ben Stiller Show is full of great sketches like this. It's one of my favorite sketch shows.
