Those are some cool covers. Interesting pairings, too.

I found one blog that has 16 pages of the 48 page story posted, but that's the best I could find.

I'm only confused about the marketing behind this project. Sure it's an okay comic, but if Archie readers are going to be introduced to Marvel, ought it really be through the Punisher? Are Marvel readers likely to not be familiar with Archie comics and be introduced to them through this comic?
