With the reveal that Vorlons were able to take a piece of hyperspace and fold it onto itself like a pocket (becoming invisible by creating a pocket universe to hide themselves within temporarily), I'm wondering if they applied this on a more individualised level by folding it to make themselves identical to another being or to switch places across dimensional distances with another being they're mimicking how hyperspace folding could be explained as enabling them to do these things?

I don't think the hyperspace folding would permit appearing like someone else. As I understand it, they aren't just invisible when they're in the pocket universe. They're gone. They don't exist at all in our universe when they're in the pocket universe. Unless I'm mistaken.

What they might be able to do - but I don't know this for a fact - is use hyperspace folding to teleport from point A in our universe to any point B in our universe. It seems to me that once you're in a pocket universe, any particular spatial coordinates in our universe are just as "near" or "far" as any other spatial coordinates.
