What I would really love is a Force Works cartoon! \(zorro\)

When I think of Force Works, I can't help but think of the horrible artwork from that series, but I would've liked to see USAgent in this cartoon.

The Leader has found the location of one of the Mandarin's lost rings which would allow him to travel through time.

Does the Mandarin have a ring like that in the comics?

I don't believe so. I think they're more elemental in nature.

His plan is to go back to when the Gamma bomb transformed the Bruce Banner into the Hulk and take his place, giving him the Hulk's incredible strength.

Would that work? I always thought Bruce became strong because he was smart and puny, and the Leader became smart because he was brawny and of below average intellect.

Me too. I remember the Leader trying to steal the Hulk's strength being a theme in the 90's cartoon, but I'm not sure if it was in the comics.
I just learned from wikipedia that The Leader was voiced by Matt Frewer, known in the 80's as Max Headroom.

Iron Man, Hulk and Leader all try to get the ring, and Iron Man and Hulk wind up battling through the time stream as Iron Man, in his Hulk Busting armor, tries to reason with the child like beast.

    I love the Hulkbuster armor.

Me too. I lke that Iron Man has many different armors, as long as he keeps the red and gold as the main one. Funny, in this episode, the armor would change into different modes on the fly. I'll have to watch more of the series to see how often this happens.

Though they didn't actually meet, the thought of the Leader and the Mandarin being in the same plot was intriguing.

I agree. A genuine team-up would be cool.

Indeed!
