With so many superhero movies today, it's almost hard to remember the days when there were only a handful of hero movies being made.

In the 80s and 90s I'd read comics and dream of seeing my favorite heroes on the big screen. Though with the way some of them ended up in those days (Punisher, Captain America)sometimes I hoped they'd never get around to it.

What movies do you remember fantasizing about? What actors were playing the parts?

Spider-Man. In the 80's, I was all about Spidey. It probably wouldn't have turned out too well, but who cares? Back then, Spidey on the big screen would've been a victory.

This post has made me want to rewatch the Green Goblin's Last Stand fan film from 1992. I remember finding it good for what it was, and pretty faithful to ASM 121-122.
