Odd that Hobbes is exhausted but Calvin isn't. Calvin seems physically fine and mentally excited at the idea. So why would his alter-ego be telling him it's time to stop?


Calvin IS exhausted, but he's trying to talk himself into staying outside to finish the snowman. The part of him who wants to go inside and watch TV and drink hot chocolate is winning. ;\)
