I remember sneaking peaks of Electric Blue on cable.  Wikipedia says it was a UK show on the Playboy channel, but I know we didn't have that channel.  Maybe that was one of those shows you could watch if you set the dial in between channels 2 and 3?  Or a "paper clip to the back of cable box show"?  I doubt the latter because I remember not knowing about that trick until the later 80's when there were so many great boxing pay-per-views.
