I feel like I've asked this question a couple of ways before, but this article "Four Fantastically Filmable Indie Comics from the 1980s" has inspired me to ask the question again.

What comics from the 80s and 90s (especially indie comics) should have been made into movies?

And also, do you agree with the ones the writer of the article chose?

PPP

Well, I've never read any indie comics in the 80's or 90's, so my choices will be from Marvel.

Daredevil vs Micah Synn from Daredevil 202-214. I think this could've been done with minimal special effects and still been a very strong story.

Secret Wars! I don't know how they could've done it, but I would've loved something along this line, even if it turned out tongue in cheek cheesy like Legends Of The Superheroes.

Spider-Man: The Sin Eater. Another story that could be done without excessive special effects that would've fallen flat. Basically, Spider-Man vs a psycho with a gun with a very powerful story.
