80's

If you go by my feelings at the time, probably Airplane!, Porky's and Fast Times At Ridgemont High. Of those three, I'd still include Airplane! on my list. The other two are still enjoyable to me, but not as funny as I remembered.
Now, I'd say Vacation, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, and Caddyshack. This Is Spinal Tap and Heathers are great picks. I never saw the appeal of Raising Arizona, but I don't think I really gave it a chance either.
I love Johnny Dangerously and Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid. I like Strange Brew. Weekend At Bernie's. If you count An American Werewolf In London as a comedy, that's at the top.

90's

I loved Clerks but haven't seen it in years. I'm sure it has great nostalgia value but I wonder if it still works for later generations. Groundhog Day and Austin Powers are great picks. Home Alone is a favorite. I like Kingpin.

I might be in the minority, but I never thought Rushmore was funny and Office Space was only mildly amusing.
