Sad to hear that comic artist Paul Ryan died.

I bought every one of his FF books off the rack.

Hope you enjoy the tribute banner I made.

Nice job on the banner, PPP.

This is sad news. Like you, I was buying and enjoying the DeFalco/Ryan FF books at the time, and am still enjoying them with my current reading of them. Paul Ryan's artwork was a throwback to the earlier days of Marvel at a time when style was overshadowing storytelling, and it was much appreciated. It's said on wikipedia that he bought the first issue of Fantastic Four when he was 11 years old and I can only imagine what a joy it must've been for him to later get the job penciling the book. I certainly got joy from his work.
