Okay so is anyone even reading the new ROM series besides me?

I confess I was reading it but then got bored and stopped. My tastes are going through a rapid evolution right now. I'm on the verge of dropping nearly all of my Marvel and DC books and shifting instead to independents. Oddly, I guess, I consider ROM and Micronauts to be Marvel books, despite the fact that they most assuredly no longer are. My only interest in them derives entirely from their original Marvel runs. Eventually that tie became insufficient to maintain the hold on me.

IDW ROM #12: nice cover art. interior artwork is improving. ROM and Livia are fighting undersea wraith monsters that are draining them of their power. ROM attempts to save Livia but she appears to perish stating that she will make ROM a warrior even in death.

Do you think she's really dead?

Nah. She's shutting down yes, but I don't think she will perish.
