Milton's Paradise doesn't disqualify him for our purposes - but the two appearances I cited in my other reply to you do, in my opinion. Vertigo's interpretation of Lucifer was surely more interesting than the prior two appearances, but those prior ones still count as appearances, in my opinion, since they were published in DC comic book stories.
