I like that philosophical assumption in the comic. It aligns with modern physics. Once a possible future is observed, all other possible futures collapse and only the observed one remains.



Yeah it is an interesting theory. Dr Who has used it a few times over the years.

Does seeing the future really lock it in?

In Beast Wars it was shown that Megatron had the Golden Disc from Voyager that contained pictures of Earth. He had a mountain destroyed and the picture of it in the future altered accordingly. Thus altering the present changes the future despite having future records of it.

Temporal mechanics.....what a headache.
