The Life of Xander:

Xander in his 40's. Still doing construction even though he has no depth perception. Has an ex-wife demoness that doesn't let him see their kids. Vampires and monsters still randomly attack him even though he doesn't even live near a hellmouth. Eventually him and Clem get their own show where they renovate demon abodes, vampire dens etc
