(let me clarify just to be safe)

Scully wasn't raped in the sense that a man forced her to have sex with him.

The first time Scully was abducted by what was originally implied to be aliens (I think the actress was pregnant with her first child). Years later a plot came up where Scully encountered this girl Emily and became obsessed with this notion that Emily was the secret daughter of her murdered sister Melissa. When Scully had Emily's DNA test done by the FBI the lab ruled out Melissa as Emily's mother but noted that Melissa was still a close relative so they did a test on Scully's DNA which they had on file and Scully was revealed to be Emily's mother. Emily died a few weeks later and was apparently an alien hybrid.

Later in the original X-Files episode there is an episode where Scully teams up with the Cigarette Smoking Man and there is a scene where he's knocked her unconscious. The series later reveals Scully is pregnant with William but heavily implies the baby is Fox's. It's not until the reboot series several years later we learn CSM impregnated Scully with his own DNA (I assume artificial insemination not the old fashioned way).

So maybe it wasn't rape rape. But a woman being knocked out, impregnated and forced to give birth to 2 science experiments is right up there IMO.

(what's up with strong female characters being given evil pregnancy storylines...Scully, Carol Danvers, Power Girl, Cordelia Chase...it's odd)

Please tell me Wonder Woman was never raped.

I think Hercules raped her mother Hippolyta.
