I'll take a stab at this. Things and events will be forgotten in One More Day, I am guessing. But this issue of the Initative will blatantly point out that a lot of stuff still happened. I am guessing its tied into how much Peter will remember about the whole unmasking affair. 'Cause, the unmasking will be forgotten, no question about it. But how does that affect everything surrounding Civil War? Well, I guess this issue will clear that up.
