Whilst I thought this issue was a decent set up for the rest of the story to follow, the one thing I found myself asking on the last page was........where are the black duds?

I know that the black costume was a ultimately a plug tied into Spider-Man 3 but they set it up by linking it's return to Peter's mood post Civil War and given that Spidey has probably never been darker than in the last two issues of Amazing (Kingpin beating and breaking the law) I just wondered why they went back to the classic red and blue?

I always knew it was coming but there was no lead up and no real reason why he changed. Did I miss something?
