That was the first time we've seen him wearing the red and blues since Back in Black started (which was like six months ago). At the end of Back in Black, he took care of all the things he had to take care of, and all the people that tried to kill May, so I guess he feels the black costume has served its purpose. So he went back to the red and blues.
