When does all the New Avengers stuff happen, trip to Japan and all that? And what about the Mighty Avengers and Ultron? When does that happen, vis a vis WWH? Not to mention all the stuff going on at Peter's school with Miss Arrow and Mysterio. I mean, when does that happen? When does he have time to do all that while tracking down Aunt May's shooter? When was he staying at Flash's apartment? Working with Betty? Dealing with Deb Whitman? Wasn't he in black for all that? And how about the "little spideys" running around New York in Sensational? I can't even begin to put a timeline together for all these events. i can't even figure out the time spent hanging out at Doc Strange's mansion. Maybe they're in alternate universes? Any ideas? Has anybody put this altogether in one coherent whole?

The Spider-Man in New Avengers is a Skrull. It makes perfect sense. He's always wise-cracking and, as you bring up, the timeline is very hard to work out. Meanwhile, the real Spider-Man has been busy tracking down the Kingpin, fighting Ero, and saving kids from Hyde.
