Well, we're to assume that Spidey and DD still have worked together in the past, and that he's still part of the Avengers group that includes Wolverine. However, at some point DD and Logan are going to run into Peter Parker in his civies, and considering the nature of their powers, they'll easily put 2 and 2 together, and there will be at least 2 other heroes who'll know Pete and Spidey. I mean, Mephisto may be powerful, but can he even mystically alter Peter's scent when he's in costume?

Actually, that is another annoying aspect of this "everything happened but it didn't" business. Pre-Bendis, there were a number of select revelations of Pete's ID that were very much key parts of his story. The ones mentioned below are two. The reveal to the Black Cat was huge. And of course, MJs having known all along per Conway's Parallel Lives. They could have undone the marriage, and even the bulk of the other "circa Civil War" reveals without undoing the more crucial reveals that are part of the Spidey legacy.

Indeed, if we are to understand that Pete and MJ lived together via a committed relationship as opposed to marriage, are we still to understand that she didn't know he was Spidey the whole time.

Ah well. C'est la vie.
