Why is it necessary for Peter to have anything to do with Wolverine in his civies? I mean, there are millions of people in New York and Peter is just one of them. Not famous...not infamous.
Daredevil...same thing.
How many people actually meet Dardevil or Wolverine up close unless they are heroes or villains? Peter Parker in his civies is neither.

Should they have to deal with SPIDER-MAN and need to find him, they would be able to track down Peter by scent.
Also, Peter is a newspaper photographer. Matt Murdock is a high-profile lawyer that often deals with superhuman cases. It isn't too much of a stretch to see those two coming together in the same place at the same time...
