How can Joe Q he say people don't want to read about a married Spider-Man? If that's true, how come nothing they've tried to do away with the marriage has worked? Seperating them didn't work, the Clone Saga didn't work, killing Mary Jane didn't work, if people really didn't want to read a married Spider-Man, OMD would have never been necessary in the first place. He says the Editors and Writers were upset about the marriage, yet never mentions anything about how the READERS were upset about a married Spider-Man. There's no talk of comic fans complaining about the marriage, written letters, nothing. That article made it sound like it's what the HE, the editors, and the writers want. I honestly don't think the majority of the fans care whether Spider-Man is married or not.
