Bruce Banner. The deal will be: nobody noticed Rick Jones at the blast site, the bomb went off, Bruce was safe inside the bomb shelter, the Hulk was never created, and Rick Jones died.

Doesn't that seem like a deal Mephisto would at least offer? Whether Bruce would accept it is debatable.
