Whoa, that opens up a whole new can of worms (as if there weren't a couple hundred already slithering around). Lex Luthor briefly knew that Clark Kent was Superman, but Manchester Black (I know) mindwiped him. He still knew that he once knew, which infuriated him and even intensified his hatred of Supes (who he blamed for the mindwipe). If that is the case with Norman, it really should be played out in a story (though it won't).

I reckon someone as crazy as Norman would probably attribute his forgetting on his own severe psychosis. Especially given how unbalanced he is right now in Thunderbolts.
