Ed Brubaker is a free entity. He does not have to say or do anything at Marvel's behest because he is not a salaried employee of the company. And the idea that Marvel needs anyone to voice support for its change in direction is laughable. (Have you seen how fast the last two issues of ASM have flown off the shelves?)

But it's worse that you state your invented theory as fact. You don't know whether it is a fact so please don't do that, because it can be construed as slander.

>(Have you seen how fast the last two issues of ASM have flown off the shelves?)

Are you referring to the OMD and BND?

OMD seems to of sold out. I have no idea about BND. So far I've seen more comments of people dropping ASM and the book being left on the shelf than people adding it and it selling out. Of course that's only 2 or 3 comments so it doesn't really mean much at all.

I'm sure BND sales will be high for the first couple of months since they were pre-ordered long before OMD finished.

It probably won't be until late spring/early summer we have an idea how this idea turns out.

Oh and I think Ed Brubaker was just stating his opinion. Nothing wrong with that. \:\)
