So far I've seen more comments of people dropping ASM and the book being left on the shelf than people adding it and it selling out. Of course that's only 2 or 3 comments so it doesn't really mean much at all. Well, if you actually went into the shops, you would be able to get a fair idea of how well it's selling by noticing that they don't have any left. > I'm sure BND sales will be high for the first couple of months since they were pre-ordered long before OMD finished. The week before, actually. Marvel's cut-off for orders is three weeks prior to release; retailers can adjust up and down at any time before this point at no extra charge. > It probably won't be until late spring/early summer we have an idea how this idea turns out. End of January, actually. Given that the third issue has been order-adjustable since the release of "One More Day" Part Four. If there is any merit in what you're saying, the third issue will take an unusual dip. If this is the case (and that's a big if; I think retailers will have waited to find out how BND performs before changing the order numbers on it) then I predict you will see a sell-out announcement (possibly a reprint to accompany it), and then numbers will re-strengthen with the fourth issue (the first to be order-adjustable post-release of #546). | |||||||
