Depends. I reckon, going by whatever it was that MJ said to Mephisto in Amazing #545, that she still might know and remember everything the way it was. I am willing to bet that she'll be the key to making things go back to normal, whenever it is that they do that.

Many people have that theory, but I don't buy it for the following reason: the company is telling us "don't look back, look forward." They don't want us to think about the marriage-era. Having a prominent character remember that era defeats the purpose.
Besides, even if MJ remembers events as they happened, that doesn't mean Peter does, which still renders the original stories radically different from how he remembers them.
