Does anyone know the first issue the phrase "friendly neighborhood spider-man" was used?

Also does anyone know when the phrase "With Great Power, Come Great Responsibility" was used? Was that in Amazing Fantasy 15?

I just finished reading a collection of Amazing Spider-Man 1-10, and I don't remember coming across either of those phrases...

Hmmm...okay. If you read through the first 10 issues of ASM and that phrase wasn't there, then it would've been issue #17. I could be wrong! Anyways...On page 12, panel 2, Spider-Man swings down for his entrance at the Spider-Man fan club bash and says "Greetings web-spinners! Here's your ol' friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!" Then the Green Goblin throws an electrically charged frog at him.

If there was a reference to that phrase between issues #11 and 17, please let it be known!
