I just found the frase "Hold it, Boys! Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man wants to talk to you!" when he breaks up a small robbery in issue 15!

It is definitely much better when he says it to the Green Goblin though in issue 17.

Anyways...On page 12, panel 2, Spider-Man swings down for his entrance at the Spider-Man fan club bash and says "Greetings web-spinners! Here's your ol' friendly neighborhood Spider-Man!" Then the Green Goblin throws an electrically charged frog at him.
