With Norman making his first appearance in ASM in a loooong time, it got me to thinking about my favorite Spidey/Goblin stories. My favs are: 1-ASM #39-40, 2-Spectacular Spiderman #2 (reprinted in ASM Annual #9), 3-Spiderman #75, 4-AMS #25/PPSM #25, 5-ASM #121-122. I also really like a "Death In The Family" in PPSM #44-47, but the art just kills that story for me. And I know it didn't involve Spiderman, but the Goblin's appearance in Thunderbolts #121 was one of the best Goblin stories I've ever read. Norman at his baddest.

Definitely Peter Parker: Spider-Man # 75, as much for what it accomplished (Pete is the real Spidey, Norman back from the dead, etc) as for the story itself. You could really feel the hatred between the two characters. Good stuff.
