That's very likely. Since New Ways to Die was trying to make it appear as though Harry is Menace (and ironically this issue of Secret Invasion Spider-Man ruins that whole subplot--course everyone was thinking Harry was a red herring already) we're now having Lily being set-up as a possible suspect now. However, it's likely she's another red herring, especially when you consider the reaction she had when her father was hospitalized as a result of Menace's attack.

Also, Dexter Bennet appears to be out of the suspect list as well, since he's in the car along with Robbie and Betty being attacked by the Venom-Skrull while Jackpot is preoccupied with Menace.
