However, it's likely she's another red herring, especially when you consider the reaction she had when her father was hospitalized as a result of Menace's attack.

In NWTD, Menace says he wants to control NYC politics. Why would someone like Carlie want to control NYC like the Kingpin or something? The motivation doesn't seem to be there.
I will stand by what I believe...it can't be that easy for someone to just jump on a glider, fly it at high speed, fight a top notch hero like Spiderman and not be hurt or injured when Spidey hits or kicks them.
