A few weeks (or maybe months) ago, Joe Q said that it was a lie that only what happened on the wedding day had changed due to OMD. He said there was one other specific thing that had changed, and that it was the focus of an upcoming storyline for later this year or for next year. Many have speculated (based on other comments) that MJ was never pregnant due to them not being married, and have mentioned that it would drastically change how the clone saga shook out. To me, that's exactly what we're going to be learning. (This could just be wishful thinking on my part, as I love Ben Reilly and the clone saga in general.)
