I was really enjoying 24/7 and did enjoy this issue, but I agree with the gripes. The new Vulture had a great reveal through the first two issues, but then we really learned nothing new. In the end, Spidey just breaks his arms and leaves him.....without learning anything about him. I also shrugged my head at the American Son set-up. It felt very arbitrary to go from hating on JJJ to saying that all of this was really beacuse of Osborn. Though I did like the "Easter Egg" (not really) in the DB saying that JJJ was stepping up his anti-spider forces. Anyhow a good storyline, but a weak finale. 7/10 for the storyline.

It's almost as if Waid are more stuff to tell but couldn't because he ran out of pages or something...too bad...

As for the baseball thingy....It was Yankees Legends Day or Yankees Old Timers Day. This would place this issue on July 19th. (I know...I have tickets). If only it were that simple! \=\)

To have NYC citizens start hating Spidey all over again was kind of farfetched a bit, especially considering it was because he and the Vulture interrupted the game...
