I get the feeling that both Peter and Norah will get in over their heads in their respective missions against Osborn and may have to save each other's butts. Perhaps as Norah saves Spidey, she mighe accidentally learn his secret identity.

#1 OK, where are people getting the idea that someone will learn Spidey's ID during American Son? Was it in an interview somewhere?

#2 I don't know where the idea of Norah came from or who came up with her but in her short few appearances, she has become the character with the greatest potential to come out of a Spidey book since Eddie Brock/Venom. Seriously. What a breath of fresh air. She has seen only a fraction of panels compared to even newbies as Carlie and Lily/Menace and still she has captured my attention with every word. Joe Kelly has created a monster of Mary Jane proportions. She brings the wildcard, "what's she gonna do/say next" quality of 60's Mary Jane Watson to the modern, decensitised, new millenium readership that's been missing in this title since forever. Bravo. If Marvel is capable of sustaining such a character, even in sans-Joe Kelly issues, watch out. Only 3 issues and she's more interesting then any character introduced in a Spidey book since at least, Ben Reilly, at worst Venom. Keep up the good work. Honestly, Peter Parker could find out he's the product of Alien/Osborn decent and right now, I would still read to find out more about Norah.

Am I weird? Is it just me?
