      Two notes:
      1. Mayday is a brunette, the daughter shown on the teaser image is a redhead, so it seems likely to me that she is a different person (conceived and born some time after Peter and Mary Jane lost baby May), maybe even the potential daughter we saw during OMD.

It could be just as simple as that the May Parker II in this timeline has red hair.

Just assume that Peter and MJ passed down a different assortment of genes in one timeline than they did in the other.

Well, if they passed down a different assortment of genes then it would not be Mayday; I merely pointed out that the Newsarama article is leaping to conclusions when it says it is likely that baby May-616 was not abducted, killed or stillborn in the new reality. Judging by the size of the girl I would even say it is not impossible - assuming that the family portrait is set in the present and not in the (near) future - that this red-headed daughter was born before the date baby May was (it always is difficult with the sliding time-scale).

Another thing: If Aunt May will still be around after the next world-changing event (reboot) next summer, I would hazard a guess that Peter and MJ's red-headed daughter could have a different name from May, possibly Mary (after Peter's mother) or Madeline (after MJ's).
