Was this one of the alternate Spider-Men from the end of the series, and made his identity public in his dimension?

That was a scene in the final episode, but it isn't him revealing his identity.

He wound up in an alternate reality where Peter Parker never had the classic "Parker Luck." That reality's Spidey was injured, to the show's star had to fill in.

The people already knew Spider-Man was Peter Parker, so he addressed crowd maskless for in that scene, since it was easier than explaining the situation in that moment. I believe it was in reference to either the multi-million dollar company or a charity.

So, no, it did not end with Peter Parker revealing his identity to the world. However, this amazing scene was how they closed it all out...
