That makes sense. When Peter was fighting Morlun in Amazing Spider-Man #526, Morlun plucked his left eye out. When he was healed by "the Other", he got a new eye. Also in Scarlet Spider #15 (2013), Kaine was healed by "the Other" in "the Midst of Wolves" story arc. His scars and tattoo were gone. Yeah, MC2 Peter is definitely better off now.
Been a while since my last post so I had to make a new username. I'm super excited to see the MC2 Spider Family whole. I'm sincerely hoping for a new MC2 series soon (and a RYV crossover). I'm super happy to see peter back, and I want to see uncle ben and peter interact. It does Plus, the death was literally unjustified. Howeber, if it is true that MC2 Peter is healed, I'm okay with it storywise, but meta would like to pour one out for peter with his artificial leg. I loved him as a disabled character and appreciated he got to be an active disabled dad, a hero and a friend. There aren't too many disabled characters who feel real in comics (DD when he's well written, a lot of the time he's not, classic oracle, modern cyborg, Anna maria when not a maguffin, and a few others) and Pete was one of them. What drew me to Spider-Girl was not just May, but also Pete and Normie and depictions of their lives. I liked seeing Pete live his life, one leg or two. It reminded me that people can live awesome lives no matter what. Overall, I'm super excited and glad this pointless shock-value death was reversed. I wanna see RYV Pete and MC2 Pete hang out and compare notes on villains. Thanks for being there and letting me know whether the post MC2 adventures of May were worth picking up.
