Nah. Personal opinion on how the forced humor tanked it for me aside, this movie was nothing special. The plot was basically a rehash of Thor 1; cool hammer fight against a horde of big bads (fire demons replacing ice giants) then Thor loses his hammer and is exiled only to return home and fight a disgruntled sibling for Asgard's fate.

Logan, Spidey and Guardians 2 were much better. WW had its issues and is probably not as good but at least it didn't have the grating jokes of Marvel's resident Jar Jar Binks (Korg) weighing it down.

But Ragnarok was better than Justice League.

All a matter of opinion I guess. GoTG 2 sucked to me. I thought the cheesy jokes got old very quickly.

You mention Kong, but Rocket has to be the most annoying character in comic book movie history.

And please don’t me get started on Groot.

But I’m not a 10 year old girl, so maybe the character is lost on me.

I also don’t do drugs and then watch movies while high. But that’s just me. I thought the 1st Guardians was @$$ and “Starlord’s” break-dance move to save the universe was lame.

Spider-Man was twice a long(running time) as it needed to be. Movie just felt REALLY long. But not a “bad” film. Just really long.

Wonder Woman and Ragnarok were the only films that had repeat value for me.

But humor is subjective. I hated the Thor in Dark World.

Ragnarok actually had me laughing in moments.
