But at least in Aaron's case, he had Thor down pat during the God of Thunder series. At least he got it right once upon a time.

Fraction never got it at all.

Too bad the TGoT run was trash in the regard that Gorr was ripped off from Jurgens Desak and Old King Thor was just an older version of King Thor with the same missing arm and eye. The Malekith story and Galactus story were weak as hell.

J.M. DeMatteis (Chaos War Thor and The Mighty Thor Annual) , Peter Milligan (Trial of Thor and Rage of Thor), Peter Carey (Wolves of the North) ,or Kevin Grevioux (What If Secret Invasion) should have been given Thor instead of gimmicky stunt hack boy Aaron.
