1) Flash-foward: Norrin comes to the throne of the All-Father to see what Thor has witnessed in the wake of the journey that started with issue #1. Thus, this takes place after the final battle. Thor reflects on the events, then we go back to the battle that climaxed with issue #5.
2) Thor utterly trashes and kills Galactus, I guess for his betrayal and billion-year holocaust, and turns his corpse into a bomb that kills the Black Winter.
3) The Black Winter, before passing, shows Thor his fate / future, and it's Thanos wielding a version of Mjolnir with the Infinity Gems, and I guess the Power of Knull, the Symbiote God. Beings like the Sentry and the rest of the Marvel Universe appear to be undead or corrupted.
4) Flash back to the beginning of the issue: Thor has decorated his throne or the chamber which contains his throne with the helmet/head of Galactus (WTF??). Thor tells Norrin that he saw darkness and nothing more, keeping the vision he saw a secret.
Thoughts: Meh. I don't see how taking a staple of the Marvel Universe (Galactus), turning him into a chump, turning his origin inside out, humiliating him, then turning his corpse into a bomb serves the interest of anyone. Just seems like another gimmick, a la Aaron.
And beyond this, there wasn't much to the story. Another bite-sized and easily consumed snack without significant nutrition.
