Folks seem to be using it to mean like the Odin Power I guess. At least that is how I am reading it. Thor's might, plus being allfather plus PC. Makes no sense though.

Thor was able to rip the PC out of Galactus after Galactus took it back in the first place.

Does not seem reasonable to me only because the retcon meant the storm was in there from the onset when Odin made it. It has always been there at this point.

It was an advantage to Jane at times but not consistently. Only against Odin really. In that dumb fight.
