Hey adey mate! \:\)

....... if we as Thor fans can’t support our boy when he’s shown in a very positive light then, what’s the point?

Might as well close the door and turn off the lights on the way out.

Cates made the defeat of Super-Duper Galactus EASY.
Cates made the defeat of Universal Threat Black Winter EASY.
He has made Thor into a "Gary Stu" (male counterpart to a Mary Sue).

I want to read stories where Thor faces challenges that are TOUGH and DIFFICULT, but because he is a hero he doesn't give up and wins in the end. That is what a HERO is, not someone who triumphs easily.

In the wake of Aaron's belittling of Thor, Cates fanboy-esque storyline might seem like a welcome antidote. But its a hollow pill.

We have faced two extremes. One where Thor is worthless and one where Thor is omnipotent. Neither makes for a satisfying story.

You address Omnipotence...tread carefully.
