They were really crappy even by 90's standards like there was a bird girl, a vampire,a new Terra, some glowing nervous system guy, some troll with a gun I think etc. Did they go back to their own timeline or did they get killed off?

Zero Hour destroyed some of the futures. Mirage, Terra, and Deathwing were the only ones to survive. The Time Trapper gave them false memories, but the former two joined the main Titans for a while (until the end of that Titans series).

Terra was revealed to be a member of a subterranean race reshaped to look like Tara.

Deathwing's identity was never revealed, but we know it's not Dick Grayson.

I don't think any of these three have been mentioned since 1996.
