    Quote:
Atrocitus the Red Lantern. But I really don't like how he's handled...I guess I just sort of see potential for him if they removed some bits about him.

I like the whole righteous anger thing he has going for him. There was this one issue where he fought for the Spectre because the Spectre wanted to condemn a man who killed his daugter's killer. The Spectre reasoned that the father's crimes were equivalent to those of his daughter's murderer and Atrocitius saw differently (as I would) that there is a huge difference between the two crimes. That's the guy I want...the one who fights for victims...the guy who empowers the victims whose lives get destroyed.

But they make him a hypocrite and a villain who uses people...which is his complaint about Sinestro and his Corps and the Guardians and the Green Lantern Corps. He mind controls his people which I hate.

He could be so much better if he fought to empower people not victimize them all over again

Among the Red Lanterns, my favorite is the cat.It is silly but totally following the tradition of the comic book (^_^)
About the Red Lanterns as a concept, I don't understand why Atrocitus, Rankorr, Antipathy and Dex-Starr should be able to make light constructs if the others cannot ... IMO, the main characteristic of the red fire should be to burn light constructs and not to make some.
