As far as the overall series is concerned, this was probably the most interesting episode to date. Yeah, there are shades of Herschel's farm, the prison, and even Terminus in there. Pretty disturbing that they're feeding puppies to the infected in the cellar rather than more expendable animals like vermin, fish, and birds.

With next week being the finale for the first half of the season, we'll see at least one cast member death. Still hoping it's Travis. He was rather non-existent in this episode (still uninteresting, still little to no impact). As Chris Hardwick points out, he's become the moral compass of the group which makes him a likely candidate to be a delicious and nutritious main course for a zombie or two.

AMC is showing the entire series thus far prior to next week's episode. Why? Perhaps there are a number of AMC watchers that need a good sedative.

I'm ready to take a break from this show.

Yeah I was less then thrilled that a puppy was dropped down the food hatch to the cellar.

Animal cruelty, I hate it.
