He was my favorite.

Almost every character on this show seems like an a**hole. Either they're too heavy handed with their morality or they just don't have any to begin with.

Herschel struck the right balance for me. I didn't always agree with his decisions but he was the one Walking Dead character I truly cared about.

He was the kind face you look for in a crowd of jerks.
