First FTWD has a hint that those Walkers may mutate due to radiation. I think this may be the first sign of something new and interesting from the franchise in a long time. The episode itself was decent. The characters especially Alicia have a more interesting vibe. The Cowboy and the Nurse have developed into my favorites. Which means one or both will die soon. Also everyone is running around this highly radioactive mountain which can't be good. The airplane crash and who was on it was a surprise. Five or six years after the zombie apocalypse seems like a bad time to take up flying. I am guessing the kids are going to be on the next WD series since it is about well-kids. Of course as always happens one of the characters does something stupid and puts herself and the group in danger. A major peeve is how in every form of WD people are constantly doing dumb things that make no sense.

Speaking of which WD192 had a major death which I knew was coming because Mr. Kirkman has been clear that no one is truly safe since issue one. This one I expected would come at some point. I am fine with it except of course the person died because of being stupid about a character who is a jerk with in his mind had reason to hate the now dead guy. He could at least have locked the bedroom door. I think it would be a good time for WD vol 2 with a fresh start. The current book still sells well so that is not going to happen.

I wrote a letter ( of compliments and praise) after getting and reading Waliking dead 192 on wednesday, ove been collecting comics since the late 80s and this is only the second time ive ever done that,
